Returns and Refund Information
OREIA’s return policy is within 30 days after the event. To contact us about returning your product, please fill in the following form and we will get back to you to discuss how and where to return the product.
Refunds (less a 5% processing fee) are issued after the speaker has received the product back, confirmed that it is in good condition and that the anti-tampering device has not been damaged. If the product is online only, refunds will be issued after the speaker has terminated your access to the program.
